With limited support from an over-stretched global marketing team and projects spread across several departments, Adecco need to change their organizational structure to better align with local markets, who were usually separate from the business and not considered part of the ‘family’.

A Wunderman Thompson team placed inside Adecco would be familiar to stakeholders around the world and could communicate across all areas of the business.
We developed a minimum viable product (MVP) and agile approach for the client that aligned services, markets and teams. Services are placed in the client's HUB and connected to disperate internal teams, while still getting centralised support from onsite agency resources.
We launched an in-person discovery model, where Wunderman Thompson teams travelled to local markets and listened to their needs. We also developed a simple methodology for market onboarding and applied it globally.
Wunderman Thompson Inside introduced Adecco to agile ways of working – helping them achieve their goals and unlock opportunities faster. In APAC, we’ll be launching a third HUB soon and we’ve also opened HUBs in Prague and Mexico in less than six months.
Services we’ve enabled for the client include content development, web analytics, marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, and social media management.
