We launched a dedicated team of eight people at the client to manage print and digital productions. Production from the agency’s studio was supported by medical experts from WPP Health, and production of all digital assets from Wunderman Thompson MSC would reduce costs and accelerate delivery. A Senior Art Director managed both productions to improve quality and consistency online and offline.
A delivery KPI of 48 to 72 hours to deliver assets was achieved, with a cost reduction of over 30% compared to previous agencies’ scopes. The quality of productions significantly improved including deployment of the brand platform and all assets. Visibility and control by the client for the entire production chain was achieved thanks to the single point of contact onsite.
