What would a bank do if they were to design a financial services business today starting with customer needs?
Putting the customer’s financial health first, we created a customer-centric experience portfolio for BBVA to empower people to make better decisions with their finances. These services included Bconomy, a financial wellness tool that uses data and analytics to compare and improve customer financial health with other consumers. We launched BBVA Valora, which gives those looking to buy or rent a clearer picture of their expenses and projected cost of living. We also launched Baby Planner, a service that offers critical financial support before, during and after a baby’s birth.
For three years in a row from 2017 thru 2019, BBVA’s mobile banking app was named the best mobile banking experience in the world by Forrester Research and the number one for customer experience in all priority markets. Driven by this highly successful digital transformation, in 2018 Forrester Banking Wave ranked BBVA as world-class in mobile banking services. Our team also helped BBVA reduce their time to market for products and services from over two years to nine months.
