Support a global fast food chain in its aim to become a leader in digital marketing by leveraging the ecosystem of e-commerce and delivery platforms.

Inspiration

To determine what consumers wanted, do an in-depth cross sectoral analysis of best practices, including a benchmark of all app offerings.

Idea

We identified several options to combat the challenging market and take the lead through new innovative solutions, ranging from brand diversification to alternative supplier agreements and the creation of an innovation lab.

Growth

We developed a new digital strategy to exploit the data and customer information available and implemented a roadmap to ensure successful delivery. We also identified the capabilities that were required to execute the roadmap and orchestrated the construction of the team.
