With the UK in lockdown for much of 2020, music venues around the country shut their doors to Covid-19. Up-and-coming artists lost their stage whilst audiences were hungry for music.
To reconnect artists and music lovers, Bose brought music and technology together with innovative platform - #DiscoveredAtHome.
All to help rising talent get their music from their bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms into audiences’ homes for a chance to get discovered.
UK artists were invited to submit original music via Facebook for a chance to be included in the campaign. Hundreds of entries were narrowed to eight stand-out artists who were invited to create at home music performances.
From dance and jazz, to rock and folk, each week new talent debuted their music via the virtual stage – Bose’s social channels. Giving their music a much bigger stage. Plus, a ‘tip’ mechanic allowed audiences to tip musicians directly and in turn help keep their passion alive.
