GSK needed to achieve considerable cost-savings and enhance its digital production for over 50 brands while following a global-to-local production model.


To achieve these aims, a considered decoupling was essential as well as migration to a new Adobe platform.


MSC created a new infrastructure that included an efficient multi-hub approach across all regions. A key part of the solution was transitioning over 170 domains to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This was done without disrupting any of GSK’s key brand campaigns or global initiatives.


In just nine months, we established a new global production engine delivering digital production and technical consultancy to over 50 GSK brands in over 60 markets around the world. Time to market was greatly improved and brand consistency was implemented across assets.
