After a tough year, TheFork wanted to support the food service industry by driving entire countries to restaurants.

Inspiration

How could we give a new impetus to a sector that had suffered so much from the health crisis and encourage people to go to restaurants? The idea was simple: launching an unusual operation to make every first-time user enjoy French, Italian or Spanish gastronomy.

Idea

TheFork entrusted us with the implementation of a digital and social media campaign with a strong ambition. From July 15th to September 15th, TheFork offered a 20€ discount to all users making their first reservation on the application in France, Italy and Spain. The campaign was brought to life in France with #LaFranceAuResto, in Italy with #ItaliaAlRistorante and in Spain with #TodosALosRestaurantes.

Growth

This campaign helped TheFork position itself as a company that supported restaurant owners during the health crisis, as well as recruit new users.
