Jeff serves as a Global Client Partner and the Washington, DC, lead of Wunderman Thompson Health. He is an expert in multichannel direct and digital communications in addition to organizational technology alignment that focuses on patients and HCPs, as well as other target audiences. Jeff’s knowledge of data and technology has been instrumental in engaging consumers with healthcare brands, optimizing marketing effectiveness and proving results.

With diverse health experience, Jeff brings deep understanding of targeted customer acquisition, loyalty, digital innovation, marketing effectiveness and customer experience. Key to success has been leveraging data to inform strategy and creative execution, personalize and customize engagement, prove results and optimize marketing performance.

Jeff has extensive therapeutic category experience, including diabetes, oncology, women's health, CNS, autoimmune disease, infectious diseases, dermatology and cardiovascular. Jeff is a leader in the evolution of healthcare, from treating to preventing disease and improving health outcomes to pharmacoeconomics and healthcare policy implications.

Jeff graduated from East Carolina University and completed graduate training at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He has also completed WPP leadership training with the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School.
