As EMEA CEO of Wunderman Thompson Technology – Experience, Leigh is responsible for a team of 600 people across 6 offices.

Leigh joined the business in 2015, when he was tasked with attracting new clients as Director of Business Development at Cognifide. He then moved on to manage all revenue and client relationships globally as Chief Growth Officer in 2018, before becoming Cognifide CEO in January 2020. In December 2020, Cognifide became Wunderman Thompson Technology.

Leigh’s focus is on helping businesses bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and the needs of marketers, delivering business focused outcomes for clients.

He is responsible for many of Wunderman Thompsons’s technology partner relationships, sitting on advisory boards for Adobe and Sitecore on behalf of the WPP Group. He has successfully driven WPP’s technical agenda over the last 5 years, as an active force within WPP’s Adobe & Sitecore Alliances, playing a key role in ensuring that WPP have been named an Adobe Partner of the Year in each of the last 4 years.

Based in London, his background is within Consultancy and Client Management, with over 12 years of experience managing commercial partnerships and executive level relationships with bid, programme and portfolio budgets in excess of $50m.

Leigh was named in the BIMA 100 in 2018 before becoming a mentor in 2019 and awards judge in 2020. He sits on the WPP Inclusion & Belonging board for WPP UK.
