With a degree in business from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, Paul Thorndike has more than 20 years’ experience in digital and advertising.
In 1998, he founded Phantasia, which became part of Wunderman in 2013. Under his direction, Phantasia was the most awarded digital agency in the country, winning more than 50 Effies between 2014 and 2019 along with other major awards, including ANDA Agency of the Year, El Ojo Iberoamerica Awards, the Ibero-American Advertising Festival (FIAP) and the DIGI and IAB Mixx awards.
After the merger of Wunderman and J. Walter Thompson in Peru, Paul became General Manager for the Wunderman Thompson office that currently has more than 300 workers and 25 clients. As part of his professional pursuits, he’s a board member for various initiatives, startups and venture capital firms. He’s also a member of the board of directors of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Peru.
Paul also has a degree in digital marketing strategies, communication and media from Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management.
